Replacement Diploma Order Form
Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee policy dictates that each graduate is allowed one printed diploma.
Replacement diplomas cost $25 and can be shipped domestically and internationally free of charge.
Once you submit the replacement diploma order form, it generally takes 8-10 weeks to receive your diploma. This process cannot be expedited.
If you need verification that you graduated for a job offer or further schooling, please fill out the Enrollment/Graduation Verification form and request that your graduation date be listed.
