Kelsey Baron

Kelsey Baron (she/her/hers) joined Berklee in June 2023 and serves as the assistant director of campus programs and traditions. In this role, she coordinates opportunities and events to foster belonging and school pride among Berklee students. She is so excited to put on programs where students make lifelong friends! Prior to Berklee, Baron was a graduate assistant for wellness at Elon University, where she earned her M.A. in higher education. She also holds a B.A. in interdisciplinary studies from Siena College. While she grew up in New York and her immediate family is now in Pennsylvania, she is enjoying making a home for her and her sweet puppy, Ethel, in Boston.

In her free time, Baron enjoys walking Ethel around their new neighborhood, exploring Boston bookstores and ice cream shops, making new memories, and laughing with the people she loves. You can reach her at kbaron@berklee.edu.
