Payment Methods
We accept several methods of payment for tuition and fees. You can combine any of these methods as long as you clear your balance due.
Berklee College of Music Students
Credit Card/E-Check (Online)
Online: Click the credit card logos below to be redirected to your student account to make payment (login required). Payment made through this option will be posted to your student account immediately. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.95 percent service charge. There is no charge for EFT/electronic checks.
Alternative Payment
If you do not have access to my.berklee.edu and want to make a payment on a student's account, you can go to berklee.edu/altpay. Payment made via the alternative payment website will be posted to the student's account the next business day. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.95 percent service charge. There is no charge for EFT/electronic checks.
Mailing Checks
All checks should be payable to Berklee, payable in U.S. dollars, and drawn from a U.S.-based bank. Please clearly note the student's ID number on all checks. When mailing checks, be sure your payment will be received by the due date to avoid a late payment fee.

Since payment received through bill pay will be in the form of a check, it will take approximately one to two weeks before payment is received by the college depending on location and bank.

In-Person Payments
If you are on campus and would like to make payment with a representative you can visit us at 921 Boylston Street, Uchida Building, first floor, suite 100. We accept personal checks, bank checks, and credit card payments in our office.

Go to berklee.flywire.com. Depending on your home country, the service offers one or more payment methods for you to choose from.
Third-Party Scholarships
Advance credit can be applied to your account for a scholarship awarded from an outside agency. You must submit a letter to the Financial Aid Office from the scholarship source, on their letterhead, stating that the scholarship will be mailed directly to Berklee. The letter must also include the amount of your scholarship, the date when payment will be submitted, a request for a statement (if required by the sponsor), and the name and phone number of a contact person. It is essential for the Financial Aid Office to receive this letter prior to your payment due date in order to avoid any delays.
529 Plans
Please work with your 529 Plan administrator to have funds sent by the payment due date.
Tuition Payment Plan
As a courtesy to our degree students, we offer a flexible payment plan fall and spring semesters through our partner Nelnet Campus Commerce (Nelnet). This plan allows students and families to pay their tuition and fees in smaller installments. The plan requires a $40 enrollment fee and a deposit of one-third of the payment plan balance upon enrollment as well as automatic payments for subsequent installments.
To enroll, please log in to your student account and select the Monthly Tuition Payment Plan link under the Financial Information side menu in Student Finance on Self-Service. First, you will create a Nelnet account. Then, you will select Set Up a Payment Plan. If a family member or sponsor is paying on your behalf, you can select Add an Authorized Party, and your payer will receive an invitation to create a Nelnet account. Additionally, students may contact the Office of Student Accounts for more information via email at onestop@berklee.edu or Nelnet customer service at 800-609-8056. Nelnet representatives are available Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST.
Boston Conservatory at Berklee Students
