Berklee's bicycle pavilion, located at the corner of Cambria and Boylston streets, is open free of charge to all current students, faculty, and staff upon request. It provides a gated area to lock your bike, and requires access via your Berklee ID card.
You must log in to view the information about how to apply for access to the pavilion.
General Rules
Only bicycles and electric bikes are allowed in the pavilion. All other items stored will be removed.
The pavilion is not a storage facility. Bicycles left for more than 14 days are considered abandoned and will be removed.
All users must provide their own bike locks.
There are no parking assignments. Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All bicycles parked in the facility must be registered and display a Berklee bicycle registration number decal. The decal must be placed on the bar beneath the seat. Unregistered bicycles will be removed.
Bicycles that appear abandoned or in disrepair will be tagged by Public Safety. If the bicycle is not removed within seven (7) days, the bicycle will be removed.
Public Safety will retain possession of bicycles removed from the pavilion for seven (7) days, at which point bicycles will be disposed of.
Patrons will be notified when a bicycle is removed.
All student bicycles must be removed during the semester break.
Only students enrolled in the current semester are allowed to use the pavilion.
If a user would like to be able to keep using the pavilion during the semester break, the user must then gain permission from Public Safety at least one week prior to the break.
During intersession (between the fall and spring semesters) the bicycle pavilion is closed. There are no exceptions during this break.
Berklee is not liable for the loss, theft, disappearance of, or damage to property stored in the bicycle pavilion, nor will Berklee be responsible for any unclaimed or abandoned personal property from expired or revoked pavilion assignments.
