Ty-Juana L. Flores has been a change agent and contributor to Berklee's campus culture through various roles within the institution and is currently the director of Berklee's Identity-Based Programs (IBP).

With over 10 years of higher education experience and as a first-generation college student herself, Alyssa Hensel is passionate about developing Berklee’s first-generation college students through programming and one-on-one support.

As the program manager for SOMOS Latinx, McCauley dedicates herself to creating, building, and implementing initiatives that cultivate a sense of belonging, support student success, and improve graduation rates for program participants. She also supervises part-time student workers and oversees SOMOS Latinx social media and communications with both internal and external audiences.

Darrien Waugh, hailing from the vibrant community of Canarsie in Brooklyn, New York, joined the Identity-Based Programs team in June 2024. With a deep commitment to building community, he is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering environment for all students at Berklee.
