The Office of Identity-Based Programs plays a pivotal role in helping students achieve their personal and academic goals by fostering meaningful campus-wide connections. Through a wide range of events, workshops, and programs, our office creates a supportive environment where students can engage with diverse communities, develop leadership skills, and access valuable resources.

Our mission is to foster a strong sense of community and belonging through thoughtfully curated student engagement opportunities in collaboration with the Berklee Bridge(Opens in a new window) and the wider Berklee community. Through our comprehensive support services like mentoring, as well as carefully designed programs and events, we encourage students to explore and deepen their understanding of intersecting identities, empowering them to connect with others and grow both personally and academically while enrolled at the College and Conservatory.
