Berklee has five residential areas on campus. Below you can find fast facts about each area, such as the building's location, history, total capacity, room types available, and various amenities. Visit each residence hall's page for more information and to take a virtual tour.

The Fenway residence halls consisted of five historic brownstones—24 Fenway, 26 Fenway, 32 Fenway, 40 Fenway, and 54 Fenway. These buildings are largely reserved for entering Boston Conservatory at Berklee students.
