Housing and Meal Plan Rates

Housing rates are separated into three terms: fall, spring, and summer.

Reduced Meal Plans

Students living on campus must have a meal plan. In order to be eligible for a reduced meal plan, a student must be an upper semester student living in one of the following communities:

• 12 Hemenway Street
• 98 Hemenway Street
• 270 Commonwealth Avenue

Students are not eligible to have no meal plan while living on campus unless approved for an accommodation through Accessibility Resources for Students. To request a reduced meal plan, please log in to your Housing Portal > Navigate to "Housing Forms" > Complete Reduced Meal Plan Request. For information on commuter student dining plans, please visit our dining website. 

Refund Schedules

Students who signed a housing contract and are withdrawing from the institution will be credited a portion of their contract based on what date they officially withdraw. Students who choose to cancel this agreement but remain enrolled at Berklee will be responsible for the entire housing fee and related charges. Please see below for the refund schedule for the current and upcoming semesters. 

To appeal any housing withdrawal fees, please reach out to housing@berklee.edu with a description of your appeal. All appeals are reviewed within two weeks of submission.
