160 Massachusetts Avenue

160 Massachusetts Avenue opened in 2014 and is Berklee's newest residence hall. It is home to roughly 370 students who are housed on floors five through 16. Each pair of floors shares a large lounge space that offers picturesque views of the city as well as seating for studying or watching TV. The main dining hall on campus is located in this building on floors two and three. The building also has laundry facilities, practice rooms, and a fitness center available for student use. It is located next door to 150 Massachusetts Avenue in an area close to many academic buildings as well as restaurants and stores.
