Biography
Lateef Wearrien (He/Him) serves as the associate director of residential education, and has been a staff member since July 2022. In his current role, he is responsible for the direct supervision of the residence directors, RA training, and the Residential Engagement Model. He joins Berklee after working at Bottom Line as the student recruitment and partnerships manager. He earned a Bachelor of Science in TV-video production at SUNY Plattsburgh, and a Master of Education in higher education at the University at Buffalo (SUNY).
