Biography
Jessica Smith (she/her) is a resident director for housing and residential education, and joined Berklee right before the 2025 spring semester. In the resident director role, she supervises the resident assistant team, oversees operations of the building, and serves as a resource for students.
Previously, she served as a graduate hall director at the University of Delaware, where she received her master's degree in cognitive science. She also received her bachelor's degree in neuroscience from the University of Delaware. Her hometown is Wilmington, Delaware. Smith loves to rock climb, write plays and poems, play pickleball, and engage on and behind the stage of theatre performances.
