Join Berklee Counseling for an interactive wellness session where Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and other students of color will explore healthy versus unhealthy stress, tackle cultural stereotypes, and discuss how stress affects their communities—leaving with tools to manage burnout and support their well-being.
