Your Input Matters: Shaping the Future of Berklee's Leadership
Dear Berklee community,
As we continue the process of selecting our institution's next president, the Presidential Search Committee is planning a series of listening sessions aimed at gathering extensive community input. Online and in-person sessions are listed below. Our goal is to continue to cultivate a deep understanding of the essential qualities sought in our future leader as we carefully define the profile for the presidential position.
In addition to the listening sessions, we invite everyone to contribute directly through a survey, open now until January 26, 2024. This survey is intended to capture individual perspectives on key aspects that contribute to the success of our future president and address the unique dynamics of Berklee's culture. Input gathered from both the listening sessions and the survey will be confidential and shared only with the search committee.
To those of you who already sent a message or nomination to the search committee—thank you. We have read all of your messages and appreciate your feedback and ideas. Your collective insights will serve as a guiding force as the committee crafts the position description and navigates the process of selecting Berklee’s next president.
