Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Dimayma McCauley (she/her) is a communications professional with more than 15 years of experience in media and public relations, brand management, content development, and strategy. 

As the program manager for SOMOS Latinx, McCauley dedicates herself to creating, building, and implementing initiatives that cultivate a sense of belonging, support student success, and improve graduation rates for program participants. She also supervises part-time student workers and oversees SOMOS Latinx social media and communications with both internal and external audiences.
