Dimayma McCauley

Dimayma McCauley (she/her) is a communications professional with more than 15 years of experience in media and public relations, brand management, content development, and strategy.

She is originally from São Paulo, Brazil but has been living in Boston since 2019. As an immigrant, she considers her role at SOMOS Latinx as an opportunity to assist her community in recognizing and celebrating the Latinx/Hispanic identity. 

In her role as program manager for SOMOS Latinx, McCauley is committed to designing, developing, and implementing programs that support Latinx and Hispanic students, enhance student success and retention, and foster a sense of belonging. She also supervises part-time student workers and oversees SOMOS social media and communications with both internal and external audiences.
