Sandra Capecelatro

Sandra Capecelatro (she/her/hers) is a licensed independent clinical social worker with 10 years of experience. She received her undergraduate degree at Plymouth State University for psychology with a minor in art, and her master’s degree in social work from Boston College with a concentration in children, youth, and families, and a certificate in trauma. She has extensive experience using various therapeutic approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative, and expressive arts. She takes a holistic, creative, and thoughtful approach to care with a dedication to empowering each individual in their personal steps towards growth and success.

She has a strong appreciation for the arts, nature, and constantly learning from the world around her. Outside of her professional life, she's an avid cyclist and enjoys bicycle commuting, racing, bike-packing, and touring around the U.S. and parts of Canada.
