Meredith Bradfield
Meredith Bradfield (she/her) is an administrative assistant who's interested in working in higher education. She has a blend of academic and customer service experience, which she has cultivated throughout her education and post-graduate career. Originally from Los Angeles, she earned her B.A. in English at University of California, Berkeley. She moved to Boston to complete an AmeriCorps service year and then went on to earn a master’s degree in English and a master’s degree in children’s literature from Simmons University. While pursuing these degrees, she held a range of student positions at Simmons, including the role of technology reference assistant and multiple semester-long teaching and research assistantships. During this time, she also presented her research at three different academic conferences throughout the United States.
As a formerly homeschooled student who completed her undergraduate lower-division courses at a community college, she is passionate about supporting students from diverse backgrounds and career paths.
