Berklee College of Music Honorary Degree Nomination Form

The Berklee Honors Committee welcomes nominations from any member of the student body, faculty, staff, alumni, or extended community. Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis without a specific deadline or expiration.

All deliberations about honorary degrees are strictly confidential. Therefore, nominators do not receive notification of the status of their recommendations. Only the names of the nominees who are offered and who accept an honorary degree are made public. While many distinguished people are nominated for honorary degrees, not all can be recognized. The work of the Honors Committee is advisory; the President, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, invites individuals to receive honorary degrees.
