Adam Caplan
Adam Caplan is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT500) who has been teaching yoga and meditation internationally to people of all ages and abilities since 2005. His style is an amalgam of classical yoga and modern Western approaches, with insights from some of the world’s time-honored spiritual traditions and healing modalities—all informed by academic study and years of extensive practice in India, Thailand, and the U.S.
In teaching yoga, Caplan is known for his meditative approach, which brings relaxation to the physical body, calm and focus to the mind, and overall feelings of grounding, centeredness, and well-being. His classes integrate mindfulness and awareness, attention to physical alignment, and breath work to help students experience the most profound effects possible in health, self-knowledge, and overall well-being.
