City Music Boston Scholarship Contract City Music Boston Scholarship Contract This Berklee City Music Boston scholarship is a special full-tuition scholarship. To accept your award, please read, e-sign, and submit this contract. By accepting this award, you agree to comply with the statements below: 1. I will adhere to the Berklee City Music Standards of Conduct and the Berklee Equity Policy. 2. The President's Office of Education Outreach and Social Entrepreneurship/Berklee City Music reserves the right to dismiss any program participant who violates any of the college's guidelines or prosecutable policies. 3. By signing this contract, both the scholar and the parent/guardian give permission to Berklee College of Music to capture performances and on-campus activities on film, in print media, or in recordings and release these for educational and/or promotional purposes. They understand that the photo and/or film will not be used for sale or commercial activities. The photos may be placed on Berklee's student profile intranet, PULSE site, or social media sites. I have carefully read the statements above and agree to the conditions of the Berklee City Music Boston Scholarship award. I understand my performance in this program will be taken into account for future Berklee scholarship programs.
