Thomas M. Hagerty

Thomas M. Hagerty is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated. He's currently a director of Black Knight, Inc.; Ceridian HCM Holdings, Inc.; the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation; FleetCor Technologies, Inc.; and Fidelity National Financial. Prior directorships include Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Ltd.; Cott Corporation; EquiCredit Corporation; First Bancorp; and Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., among many others. Hagerty is also a trustee of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and currently lives in Cambridge with his wife, Jeanne, and their two daughters, Keira and Jamie.
