Pete Giberga
A native of Queens, New York, Pete Giberga is a 25-year veteran of the record business, serving as an A&R executive for much of that time. After starting as a radio promotion executive at Time Bomb Recordings, he was given an opportunity in A&R and signed Sunny Day Real Estate, Quarashi, and other indie acts. In 2001, he joined Epic Records, where he signed Sara Bareilles and Augustana, procured the Garden State soundtrack album, and did A&R for Chevelle, Good Charlotte, and others. He was the head of A&R at Epic for three years until he left to pursue a career in management. He later ran A&R for Career Artist Management (CAM), working with Bareilles, Maroon 5, and Vanessa Carlton. While at CAM, he also served as head of A&R for Razor and Tie Records, working to help them solidify their A&R department.
In his current role as head of A&R for 300 Entertainment, he has helped guide the careers of Highly Suspect, Cheat Codes, Maggie Lindemann, Conrad Sewell, and others while maintaining a key leadership role in the general day-to-day management of the company.
