Biography
Kate Rancka came from a background in classical voice and musical theater performance before diving head-first into the entertainment industry. After starting her own management company at 19, she moved to Boston and earned her degree in music business/management from Berklee College of Music in 2018. Immediately after graduating, she secured an internship and eventually a job with Scooter Braun Projects, which houses artists such as Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Tori Kelly, and Dan + Shay.
Rancka was recently asked to join Bohemia Group, a global firm that houses 500+ clients, where she is now the youngest talent manager in L.A. working across commercial music, musical theater, and film/tv management.
