Benefits Open Enrollment 2024

Benefits Open Enrollment is the time to review, enroll in, or change your benefits selections for the coming year. 

On this page, you will find: 

Enroll in/Change Your Benefits

During Benefits Open Enrollment, you can:

  • enroll or change your medical plan enrollment for 2025;
  • enroll or change your dental plan enrollment for 2025;
  • enroll or re-enroll in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account for 2025;
  • enroll or re-enroll in a Dependent (Day Care) Care Flexible Spending Account for 2025;
  • request additional voluntary life insurance coverage. You may need to complete an Evidence of Insurability form for Berklee's insurance company. The insurance company will advise us if you are approved; and
  • enroll or change your voluntary Accident, Hospital, and/or Critical Illness insurance.

Please click on the red Enroll/Change Your Benefits button below to begin. Please note that all of your current benefit elections will remain in place, with the exception of any Flexible Spending Account (FSA) deduction you currently have, unless you actively make changes by following the link below.  If you wish to have either a Health Care or a Dependent Care FSA election in 2025, you must make an active election during this Benefits Open Enrollment process.

After November 26, 2024, changes to your benefits will only be possible if you experience a qualifying life event; in that case, you will need to make any necessary changes within 30 days of the life event.

Once you have submitted your elections, you can review or make changes prior to November 26, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. by clicking on the Benefits icon in Workday. Select Change Open Enrollment, then make any changes and re-submit.

As a reminder, the Berklee Harvard Pilgrim Health Care site is your primary resource for information about the Harvard Pilgrim plans. The site allows you to locate new providers in each of the plans or determine if your current provider is part of the Harvard Pilgrim network.

You can also use MyConnect and speak to a member advocate for assistance with your health care questions.
