Communications and Marketing promotes and publicizes Berklee and its people through print and electronic media, the web, social media, search, mobile, broadcast, and other existing and emerging channels in support of enrollment and advancement goals.
The division develops and manages institutional brand standards; guides brand communication strategies; produces events to enhance institutional messaging, partnerships, and publicity; sets and oversees social media standards; develops digital strategy and direction; provides institution-wide editorial support; guides media interaction; and cultivates institutional relationships.
Communications and Marketing Services
Communications and Marketing Services promotes Berklee's mission and identity through video, storytelling, design and visual identity, photography, concert production, institutional/internal communications, digital branding, and digital strategy.
Concert and Event Production
The concert and event production team produces high-profile events that feature student talent, including Singers Showcase, the Great American Songbook, the commencement concert, and more.
Enrollment Marketing
The Enrollment Marketing team supports six enrollment areas across the institution. The team develops strategies, content, and strong calls to action to acquire permission-based marketing leads, and uses marketing automation tools to nurture those leads through the point of conversion (enrollment).
Events Planning
The Events Planning team strategizes, plans and executes world class events on and off campus, ensuring responsible use of resources while aligning with Berklee's mission.
Media Relations
The Office of Media Relations connects reporters to the music, teaching, student affairs, enrollment strategies, community outreach, global initiatives, entrepreneurship, and technology that define Berklee as the world’s leading college for contemporary music education.
