The music program of the Hochschule Macromedia, Campus Freiburg grew out of the Jazz and Rock Schulen Freiburg, one of Europe’s leading contemporary music schools with a history in modern music education of more than 35 years. The current music program of this private university offers a seven-semester Bachelor of Arts degree in two areas of study: pop music and digital music production. Located in the beautiful city of Freiburg, Germany, close to the Black Forest, Switzerland, and France, the Hochschule Macromedia draws students from across Germany as well as abroad.
