With more than 10 years of experience in the music business, Trinidadian-born Randall "Sickamore" Medford has been heralded as the new generation’s favorite A&R rep. Developing the successful careers of Travis Scott (Rodeo, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight) and YG (My Krazy Life, Still Brazy) among many others, his A&R smarts have yielded gold and platinum results.

Now, after tenures at Atlantic Records, Def Jam, and Epic Records, Sickamore is the senior vice president of A&R and creative director at Interscope Records. After navigating his way through the industry and becoming one of the most sought-after executives, Sickamore is actively involved in pushing the hip-hop culture forward in various capacities, from teaching the fundamentals of artist discovery and development to empowering the creative superstars of tomorrow.
