Claudio Olachea

Claudio Olachea is a composer for film and television. Based in Los Angeles, he is credited on films such as The Hitman’s Bodyguard, The Edge of Seventeen, and Bilal: A New Breed of Hero.

In addition to his work in film, Olachea has composed and contributed to scores for hit television shows such as NBC’s Chicago P.D., Chicago Med, and Chicago Justice; ABC’s Body of Proof; and Showtime’s Dexter. He also is credited as a featured violinist on the renowned BBC programs Blue Planet II and Planet Earth II, the documentaries Happy Valley and the Oscar-nominated Cartel Land, best-selling video games Dishonored and Silent Hill: Downpour, and various international commercial campaigns.

Olachea is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, where he studied film scoring on a violin performance scholarship.
