Lithic / Sonar Fiction / The Atlas
Over the course of the last year, Lithic has been on the forefront of Boston's local rock scene. Lithic's swift ascension was made possible by their multifaceted sound and diverse audience base. The group comprises four Berklee students: Juan Peña, Jack Dinger, Marvin Buessau, and Stone Panunzio. Set staples such as "I Don't Know" and "Fill the Void" have found homes on the desktops of numerous Berklee students in today's underground scene, and Lithic's recent feature in Miami art magazine Kram has opened the door to new artistic opportunities.
Sonar Fiction is a Boston-based, four-piece band musically influenced by rock, indie, electronica, funk, psychedelia, and touches of their Latin American heritage. Through their music, Sonar Fiction has become a family, and the band continues to develop their unique, sincere artistic sound.
The Atlas is a hard rock duo from Kansas City, Missouri. Incorporating music from the '70s with modern rock, the band's sound is centered on heavy riffs and massive drums beats, delivering a swampy, southern slap in the face. The two are currently working on their soon-to-be-released debut EP.
