Second-year performance majors in the piano department come together to perform a solo piece of their choice. This recital is one of three recurring concerts at the end of each semester and is led by Laszlo Gardony, a professor in the piano department.
Hey Rim Jeon, Professor in the Piano Department at Berklee College of Music, leads a solo piano concert featuring students from her course, Solo Piano Improvisations of Keith Jarrett, as well as from her private studio. Students will demonstrate Jarrett’s improvisational techniques and improvise their own piano solos.
